Freestyle Yoga Project TT has given me the tools and confidence to start teaching yoga. Mark’s ‘freestyle’ approach meant that my colleagues on the course were all from different yogic backgrounds, viewpoints – therefore the course was constantly challenging, both physically and theoretically. If you want a course that gives you the space to create your own standpoint, giving you sound skills and a kitbag of sequences, adjustments and confidence, then this is the TT course for you. I want to do it again! – Anna, UK

The impact of your TT on my teaching has been enormous, especially in terms of confidence. I can now feel more relaxed when talking to students about different issues concerning the practice, and I can give people suggestions if they come to me with certain problems (Inflexibility in hips, for example). This is something that I really struggled on before your TT, and the combination of discussions on anatomy, sequencing and general issues relating to yoga offered a broad depth of material that can be researched further or shared with students. - Liam, UK

The Freestyle Yoga Project Teacher Training Course completely changed my understanding of my own practice whilst also equipping me with the skills and knowledge necessary to be a confident and informed yoga instructor. Eight months ago, I never dreamed I’d be running my own classes by the end of the year, yet now I find myself stringing together complex sequences and teaching classes of students (ranging from complete beginners to experienced yogis) with complete confidence. The TT course is designed to appeal to people from all different yoga backgrounds, placing its emphasis on anatomy, logical sequencing, and key subjects such as breath and core control. One of the strengths of the course is that Mark fosters an atmosphere of questioning, exploration, and discovery – there is always plenty of time to discuss different ideas and approaches to yoga. Everyone is treated as an individual and given the time and space to not only explore their own practice, but also to develop their own style of teaching. I would highly recommend this course to anybody considering becoming an instructor. Hayley, UK

Your TT course was excellent! As you know I’d been teaching prior to joining your course but I’m convinced that, after all the sequencing practice, discussions and the general investigation of postural yoga in the broadest possible terms, my teaching has significantly improved!
Although it was a considerable commitment to travel to the UK for the various elements of the course, it was well worth the effort and the extra expense. Your teaching style is refreshingly open and by avoiding any dogma it enabled us, as participants, to grow and develop as teachers in our own style whilst benefiting from your knowledge, support and encouragement. The combination of this approach with the friendly and supportive atmosphere that developed amongst the students made the course a valuable, interesting and hugely beneficial experience. John, Switzerland
